loose belt, corroded wire connections from the alternator or on your batteries, or the alternator itself. before you do anything, clean all connections on your battery and while you're at it, check those connections on the tripac to the alternator. i had this same issue and it has run perfectly since using a steel brush on all those connections.

it's drawing too hard. possibly a wire is dirty or your battery connections are a complete corroded mess...

it's possible the connections to the batteries need to be disconnected and cleaned. you should be getting good voltage readings when the apu is running (12-13.5 at least) set apu in null mode and it will keep the batteries charged while you sleep. check those connections to the battery. they are vital and should be cleaned regularly...

recently i had a problem with an al code shutting down the apu after about 5 minutes. i tore that apu apart and got in there with a steel brush and disconnected every wire connection from the alternator and cleaned those connections. i was amazed at the amount corrosion and rust i had to scrape off. this consistent failure has gone away and the apu has been fine for about 3 weeks...

i was told to run that heater set at 90 degrees every couple weeks when you get a cold morning. this clears the fuel line to the heater below the bunk...

if your truck is hard starting, i would advise you to turn off your inverter when you fire up the truck... at least until you clean the terminals to the battery. i blew this fuse twice because i would leave the inverter on. i always shut it off when i turn over the truck...

no power to the inverter may mean you blew the fuse that's in the battery box.. positive wire goes to this fuse from the inverter and then to the battery terminal from the other side...
it's about the size of a deck of cards... the newer ones are a bit smaller.
